Dr. Zohreh Mancil, originally from Houston, Texas, earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and her Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. She then completed advanced surgical training with a three-year residency in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at East Jefferson General Hospital in Metairie, LA. Dr. Mancil has special interest in Wound Care and Limb Salvage. During her residency years, Dr. Mancil received extensive training in foot and ankle surgery, diabetic wound care, and general podiatry. Outside of medicine, she is an avid New Orleans Saints fan and enjoys traveling, yoga, and spending time with her husband and daughter. She is an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, as well as a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and Louisiana Podiatric Medical Association.
