Mindful Meditation

Join us via Zoom! These 1-hour mindfulness sessions serve as an
introduction to meditation for those new to the practice and provide
support to those who currently practice meditation. Each session
includes 30 minutes of guided meditation, 15 minutes of group
discussion, and a 15 minute talk on a specific element of meditation
practice that will help you focus on everyday mindfulness to help ease
stress. Led by Dan Lawton, a qualified instructor in mindfulness-based
