Virtual Visits

SMH Physicians Network providers are now offering virtual care appointments through the SMH MyChart App.
Patients with SMH MyChart accounts can use their smart phone or tablet for a video visit, for specific appointments determined by their provider. All virtual visits must be scheduled by either calling your provider’s office or sending a message to your provider in SMH MyChart to request a virtual visit. NOTE: Your provider will determine if your request qualifies for a virtual visit, depending on the complexity of your needs.
